Today, I was blown away by what I was seeing on the MLS. Working on a search for a particular client revealed that out of 62 homes meeting this buyers search criteria, only 8 were not short sales, foreclosures or under contract. Meaning, short sales are not just part of the market, they may be the market. The problem is which one’s will actually get off the books and close. Does your agent have specific short sale training?
